In this unit, i have been able to know what makes a good teacher and role he plays to achieve the success of his students and to know which role and when to apply depending on the learners stage of understanding. i have also learnt about the differences between an adult learner and a young leaner and how they should be motivated. I've also understood the 6 levels of the Common European frame work and which is the teachers favorite and why. And lastly I've been able to understand why student will choose to attend your class.
