In this unit, I have learned the following: First, a teacher to be good must be fair, passionate, knowledgeable, and a source of motivation. Second, a teacher has many roles in class and should alternate between them during the session. A teacher can be a manager, organizer, assessor, prompter, participant, tutor, facilitator, model, and observer. Third, many aspects can affect learners like age, previous learning experience, Motivation, anxiety, language awareness, life experience, culture, and first language. Finally, I learned the characteristics of each level of students.
