Unit 15 goes through different test. Test done before students start a course or before they get placed in a class, test done throughout the course to check up on their progress and tests done outside of language schools to evaluate peoples English level. Unit 15 also talks about tutorials and the advantages of letting the students evaluate the course.
I liked getting a bit of information about the different external examinations. I think that is important information for an ESL teacher to have so they can answer students questions about different options.
