There is a lot of good stuff in this unit, especially as it launches the first time student into the classroom with a set of weapons for conducting a first lesson and beyond. Getting the class to have good relationship with each other and with the teacher is important to motivate and inspire them to want to learn. Creating a good atmosphere with warmers, being sensitive to those who are reluctant, and keeping the interests up for all students is part of the challenge, but with great reward.
