I am utterly confused by Reported Speech. Or at minimum I do not have any confidence in the verbal choices I naturally speak in this manner.
The rules and order make sense... but it seems I convert other words to simplify sentences more than what happens in the practice lessons.
The verb tenses and words that are switched seem to be, though there are "rules", based on personal choice in how a person wants to convey the information to another person.
Conditional speech felt pretty straight forward and I will need to them a bit more to feel completely confident in teaching these points to others. Reported Speech stumps me... I don't know I would do anything right and would really rely on a course book to help me through those lessons.
