That unit concerns troubleshooting quite widely describes the main problems of the new course,groups or lessons. The part about common problem situation taught me to understand and to predict the problems of the first lesson and also I've found the suggestions of dealing with them.As for me the groups of different levels and large classes are the most diffecult. But the wayouts are reasonable and will be very usefull in the profession. The practical information from advanced teachers are of great use. Thank you for that wonderful course.
