This unit taught the importance of expressing thing in the past present and future. The structure of the lesson brought out key terms of how when and why sentences should be structured in a certain way. I have gained many new strategies to use in my classroom because of the meaningful teaching examples that was shared. Each of the usages that was shared in the lesson certainly connected with their condition. In the area of Reported and direct speech was very informative. I learned how to assist students with the use of quotation marks; they should never be used in reported speech. The charts in the lesson was also very helpful and will be useful in the future.
