This unit is about grammar and the different parts of speech. With English, every word in a sentence can be classified and provide meaning and purpose (i.e. nouns, adjectives, articles, verbs, adverbs, gerunds, pronouns, and prepositions/conjunctions). This is important when teaching English Language Learners, in order to gain their confidence as you as a teacher and to assist with their learning of the language.
