I realize after completing this unit that sentence construction could be a challenge for English learners. Some languages do not even have verb tenses! I have noticed even well-educated native-English speakers misplacing an adverb or two. And while sentence construction might be a difficult hurdle for some learners, it is, I believe, exceedingly important. The misuse of articles and verb tenses can render even the simplest sentence hard to understand, and thus break up the and slow down flow of information between two communicators.
