Unit 20 is about common problem situations that every teacher can face in the classroom and the ways how to deal with these problems. From this last unit I have learnt the ways how to manage the first class with new group and existing group and what activities to use to establish a rapport. Moreover, I have known how to deal with groups with different language levels, and how to work with large classes.
