This unit covers the different types of students that might be in ESL classes, from small children to adults, students, business language, to multilingual classes. Various tips and tricks for keeping small children engaged and behaved are given in this lesson. Also given is a basic needs analysis that could be given to business English students or students who might contract me for one on one lessons.
