New teachers should be prepared for unexpected difficulties when they go for their first lesson. Very important thing is to start properly with new class and set the rules at the beginning. Especially with bigger groups of young students where teenagers would like to dominate teacher it is important to involve them and show friendly but firm and strong attitude. In the groups with bigger number of students we should set more pairs activities and control whole class rather than particular student.
