When reading this unit I realized a lot of things that are simple but we always forget about them. It is just being aware of what to do on a first lesson, getting to know the students and establish rapport with the class y between them as well.
Also the importance of facing a class with different levels and keep them all interested it is a real challenge.
Every class is different and as teachers we need to be aware of that.
