Unit 19 deals with the different types of classes that a teacher may encounter. There are broadly speaking 5 different groups identified namely teaching beginners, teaching individual students, teaching children, teaching Business English and teaching monolingual and multilingual classes. The do's and dont's for each of these 5 groups are discussed. Very useful is the example of a needs analysis that is provided that could be changed according to the group you have to teach.
