Unit 14 is on use of coursebooks and materials.It gave the pros and cons of using coursebooks and benefits of using created materials.
Using coursebooks are a good base for lessons but creating your own material or using material from different websites can add variety to lessons. If supplementing lessons from coursebooks, the lessons must be suitable to the level of the students.I was happy to see the examples of lessons from the websites of bogglesworld and Lanternfish as I am familiar with both. They have some very nice colourful worksheets geared to different levels of learners.
