As a future teacher, I can imagine that classroom management is something that new teachers often struggle with. In a way, a classroom is like a test tube where you put in different elements, shake it, and then you see what happens; and what works in once class might not work in another class. I think the important thing is to provide a positive learning space that keeps the students engaged with the material.
