All the teachers can have a perfect time teaching students English with well written lesson plan. In advance a teacher should write a lesson plan, find some activities and worksheets that he/she can use to add fun to the English lesson. As a teacher, a lesson plan has always needed focus, time and attention. This as a set of instructions that describe the path of the teacher’s lesson. Every teacher should plan lessons. There are the main functions: an aid to planning, a working document, a record can be used for “covering”. Teachers should follow the basic principles to plan the lesson: keep it simple, flexible, don’t script the lesson, save the structure, note anticipated time. Before the lesson the teacher should check the plan and equipment, materials and aids, lay out them, arrange the sitting, being ready to break the ice. There are some pieces of information normally should be included in a lesson plan: learner objectives, personal aims, language point, teaching aids, anticipated problems, procedure, phase, timing, interaction, class level, number of students, date etc. The teacher can write his/her own personal lesson plan but include the vital information there. Also teachers should be able to monitor the lessons using a sample self-evaluation form, plan a sequence of lessons and follow the correction method (1. Self correction 2.peer correction 3. Teacher correction).
