In the second unit I've been exposed to the parts that make up speech in English and given rules and guidelines for identifying and categorizing them. I've revisited subjects I was hazy on like Gerunds and learned more intricate reasoning behind how we organize speech in English. Also, I've picked up on how certain topics will need to be taught in courses, like irregular verb forms needing to be memorized without a solid indicator/rule to help pick them out on a case by case basis.
