There are various tools an ESL teacher can choose to work with. Some of them are more technologically advanced while other's are slowly diminishing due to these technological advancements. I learned that it is best for an ESL teacher to choose the tools and equipment that are best for them and have a backup for when their equipment fails. The equipment chosen should be based on the school and the region it is located in. If it is a well developed location, then more advanced equipment should be used, otherwise it is best to use less advanced (non electric) tools. A contingency plan for everything ensures that lessons will continue to run smoothly no matter the set back.
