I find that the modal auxiliary verbs section is the most useful in the whole chapter as this is one of the simplest (to the native), essential, yet so many English language learners have a hard time to get to grips with. Many of the verbs sound similar to students, but only when they really see the teacher demonstrate with different tone, or have certain degree of exposure to the usage in real life, can they really get the hang of it.
