Unit 20 deals with Troubleshooting and highlights common problem situations that teachers can encounter in the classroom. It also provides ways of dealing with these situations effectively by providing do's and dont's for each situation as well as certain activities that would be most succesful. These tips are extremely useful and I will reference them (no doubt) regularly when I start my teaching career.
