When I was teaching experience in New Mexico with the Navajo children, I exactly practice with my skills in classroom management. For example, I was teaching a lesson about fractions for like two days. On the third day, I made the students do Fraction Lab with fraction towers. These fractions had fractions, decimals, and percents on them. I put the students in groups of four based on their understanding of the material (two students that get the material: two students do not understand the material). Basically the students that understand the material; can exactly teach the students that do not understand the material.
