In this unit we covered what we as teachers can do to improve the transfer of knowledge in the teaching process. How classes are organised and layout of classrooms influences lesson success, and these should suit the lesson content and activities. Engagements such as conveying instructions, the importance of rappport and displine as well as practical elements such as board-writing skills were also addressed. working with a positive and engaging approach, and a cheerful attitude, while applying basic integrity and fairness in the classroom affects students attention, respect for teacher, and hence absorption of skills.
