Speaking is important in learning English --The students need lots of listening practice until they start to speak.For speaking ,there are many games to play --I have running home ,discribe and guess ,ect.But the point is to encourage the kids who can't speak up to speak lounder .I learned different ways to cheer them up .Foe writing ,I prefer to give homework ,but may we should teach them some logical way of thinking .
