It was abundantly clear from these two videos that the attitude and behavior of a teacher has a dramatic effect on the participation and enjoyment of the students. This will therefore have a direct impact on the student's understanding of the material presented during the lesson. There were multiple methods of engagement and studying, which created balance and structure in the lesson, I felt that being aware of a definite structure also made the students more positive about the lesson.
