This unit focused on the past tenses and how they are used in every day English language. There are four different types of past tenses; past simple, past continuous, past perfect, and past perfect continuous. All four tenses have three different forms and all of them have different uses in the English language. I learned that all the tenses are just as important as the next as far as teaching the English language to non English speakers.
