Unit 11 returned me to the exploring of the teaching theory and focused my attention on a variety of issues relating to the receptive skills, namely reading and listening, that students need to learn and practice in the classroom. I researched with big interest the importance of each of these two individual skills as well as how to structure a suitable lesson to address each subject. Various techniques and activities regarding the ESA methodology by showing example lesson plan were particularly helpful.
