Unit 19 had many helpful suggestions on strategies for teaching different groups. I found the suggestions for teaching business English or English for Specific Purposes particularly helpful, as prior to seeing the suggestions I wouldn't have accepted such a position. Lastly, I was happy to read that having a good relationship with the receptionist and administration can be helpful, as I've always found that the secretary and custodian are important allies to have.
