This unit covers the use of the present tense. There are both positive and negative sentences, interrogative and declarative sentences, and also simple, continuous, and prefect forms. Each form has a slightly different use such as showing action that has happened before and can happen again, or showing that something is happening right now. There is also a specific, grammatical construction for each of these different tenses and forms, such as noun +state of being helping verb +verb+ing for the present continuous.
