This unit was very helpful to visually observe both productive and unproductive management of a real life English class. The first video was uncomfortable for me to watch so I can imagine how difficult it was for the actual students trying to learn the concepts. It was confusing and disorganized. The second lesson was clear and it was obvious that the students were having fun along with the instructor. The two contrasting lessons showed how the attitude of the instructor influenced the class and demonstrated the importance of having a solid plan and confidence in the process.
