In this unit I learned about the productive skills of writing and speaking. These skills both hold just as much importance in the complete understanding of English, writing however tends to be less mastered than speaking because of the difficultly of writing. Writing in the English language is furthermore complicated by the fact that many words such as, to, too, and two, contain the same sounds but are spelled very different. This can lead to much confusion for students but also for the recipient of the writing.
