I found the unit helpful. I liked the needs analysis form ,it is something I have done in groups in companies but more informally,, however this form is extremely clear and covers all the areas I want to know , therefore I will adapt it and use in the future. The clarification of the differing needs of pupils is also a great reminder , as it is something one is aware of but it helps to have these potential needs spelt out to make one hyper aware to ensure we can meet as many of the groups needs as can be incorporated in the course.
