I appreciate the guidance provided by this unit for stress and intonation rules. They appear to be simpler than I imagined them to be. I will make an effort to be mindful of pronunciation so I may best teach it; it is tempting to downplay pronunciation, as it does not have quite as big of an impact on intelligibility as grammar or vocabulary, but as this unit points out, pronunciation is something most students care about, and an important part of one's speech sounding fluid and natural.
