This unit focused on how to effectively manage a class. It gave a detailed overview of how we could ensure effective eye contact, gestures, modulate our voice for effective class management. It also covered aspects of seating arrangement for big and small group of learners. It also explained the pros and cons of working in groups, pairs and as individuals. It also explained how to deal with student behavior problems.
