In Unit 5 we learned about Managing Classes, including how to use the voice, eye-contact and gestures, how to group the class (whole group, pairs or as individuals), how to arrange the class (in rows, circle/horseshoe, separate tables, and where the teacher is in respect to the students), how to divide your attention, how to use Teacher Talk Time and Student Talk time, how to give instructions, establish rapport and maintain discipline.
