This unit covered pronunciation and ways to teach it to students, and made sure to explain why this is important when a lot of teachers fail at including it in their lessons due to various reasons. I think it's interesting to consider this since when I think about students who learn English, it makes sense that they pick up the language with various accents and different pronunciations since their examples come from the teacher they have. I think it's important to make sure pronunciation is right, and will strive to have that with my students, but I also think this is an honestly very difficult aspect of English to tackle since there are so many different dialects/accents that are learned. Though the intonation and stress of a sentence I think is more important perhaps, because there is meaning in how you emphasize words.
