The unit revolves around two videos showing the same class being taught twice. The class focuses on the usage of modal verbs in English. In the first video, the teacher is unclear in his application of the activities, giving the students exercises to do at sporadic moments and supposing that everything has been clearly understood when it is not the case. As a result, he gets angrier and more frustrated as the lesson goes on, and the lesson is ultimately not a success. In the second class, however, the teacher is much more aware of the students' difficulties and tries to guide them more efficiently with a friendlier, calmer and more inviting demeanour. As a result, the lesson is more successful.
