Unit 16 was based on conditionals and reported speech. Conditionals are sentences containing 'if' which refer to the past, present and future possibilities. There are five main clauses, zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional and mixed conditional. I have also learnt about reported speech and direct speech, when we turn direct questions into reported/indirect speech, the question word remains but the form of the verb changes into the positive form, the question mark being omitted in reported speech.
