I’m fully satisfied with the studying of this unit. In this unit I have studied the qualities, roles and responsibilities of the parts of teaching and studying processes in the school. I now have a very clear understanding of good teacher’s and learner’s characteristics. The structure of teacher’s roles in the class divided into the next blocks: manger, organizer, assessor, prompter and etc.; all of them are the parts of typical teacher’s work day. The learners are presented as 6 levels from the beginners to the advancers; the typical learners’ issues were stated clearly as well. All in al, the unit shows how complex and important the relations between teacher and students are. I have concluded that when a teacher is prepared for this job, the students always study good.
