The teacher and student relation in the class is one of the best and important aspects of teaching, being able to know you're surrounding and how to approach a situation in the classroom is just as important like putting sentences together. Creating a good working environment and able to understand students by expecting some of them will have weak and strong points both academically and personally. Being student myself in the past I appreciate and will take this units lesson to heart because this will be my foundation when teaching young and adult English learner alike.
