In this unit we focused on classroom management. This skill is very important for an English teacher. Classroom management is organizing and managing the class, having a friendly, relaxed, and maintained discipline. The teacher should have proper eye contact, gestures, and varying voice; in order to, keep the students motivated and involved in the process of learning. Another part of the classroom management is how to arrange the students in the class and that depends of the space available, age of students, their nationality and personality.
