What I have learned from this unit is while it is important to focus on a student it is also important to learn the various type of teacher we have to be depending on the age of the students and we have to be culturally sensitive. A good teacher doesn't just talk but knows how to listen, observe, build rapport, give an evaluation whilst encouraging student at the same time, knowing students weakness is also important.
