This unit was quite short but it still has very interesting information on the trouble solving. I enjoyed that it has the quite common issues and the keys for them. Now I know that the first lesson should be spent mainly on the rapport establishing and activities that should help with the further teaching process (survey, games, needs analyses). Before that I worried that I can’t speak Chinese but I’m going to teach English in China, but now I understand that I don’t need to speak Chinese for that, only English. I found useful the recommendations for working with the reluctant students.
