This chapter contains information about teaching the special groups. The business people usually have different levels of English. Some of them have some basic knowledge and the other haven't learned the language before. It is very important to learn about each student and hear what they expect in the class. The other special group are children. They are getting tired and bored easily so the class have to be shorter. Teacher need to focus on motivating the kids and making the class interesting and fun so that the kids stay focused.
