In this unit, I learned about teaching different groups of people. Young students need more visuals and more variety in activities as they has short attention spans while adult learners generally can concentrate longer. In addition, if you teach English for business, students may be less motivated and will likely be at all different levels. It's important to keep the class about English and not about their jobs, but you should try to get to know the reasons for them needing to learn English.
