In this unit I learned a lot about the advantages and disadvantages of course books, authentic materials and created materials. It was very interesting to outline the strengths and weaknesses thereof and it made me think back to my own education and how my teachers had overused course books rather than mixing the media more. I also found again that the example materials provided were very useful and interesting. Overall this was a quite simple but very important unit.
