Unlike the previous units on tenses, I found this to be particularly enthralling, because the concepts are much more complex. I would think this unit contains the most material that students will struggle with, and as such will only taught to higher level learners. It it further complicated by the interwoven nature of future and present tenses, something I'd bet a good portion of native english speakers would have a hard time explaining.
