Today we finished Unit 11 Teaching receptive skills. The two basic receptive language skills are reading and listening. This is where we learn how to teach the deeper meaning behind our complex language. With different methods of reading and listeningsuch as predictive skills scanning skimming and deduction for context skills we will be able to help our student tighten their grasp on the English language.
