This unit taught made me aware of good and bad practices in a classroom. It helped me understand how a teachers attitude could negatively impact the learners. It helped me understand how I can effectively implement the ESA technique. It helped me understand how I could further simplify teaching grammar to a group of learners who are beginners. It helped me understand how usage of simple vocabulary could help elicit answers from learners and keep them engaged throughout the lesson. It helped me understand how I could teach adult learners.
