The final unit looked at common problems teachers can encounter in the classroom and offers some very helpful ways to deal with .There are usually some problems in the first lessons with the new qroups , which is very well guided how to deal with them .Typical Warmer ideas ,Techniques for involving all pupils in large classes and some advices for avoiding the use of pupil's native language were so useful and helpful for me to have more effective flexible classes .Diffuculties with listening texts , the reasons and how to manage it with quicker students gave me some ideas indeed.
